VaporLens now has a new fancy feature - Smart Sampling! It's designed to improve the quality results as well as speed of game processing. This will allow me to add games much faster, but more importantly - to easily add games with hundreds of thousands of reviews without breaking the bank!
If you've ever tried to analyze reviews for popular games, you know how some of them can literally have hundreds of thousands of reviews. That's where Smart Sampling comes in. It uses a weighted scoring system to prioritize up to 2000 high-impact reviews. It focuses on recent feedback (posted after the latest patch), detailed critiques, reviews from players with significant playtime, and community-upvoted opinions.
