Churn analysis started as an experiment to see how far I could push review-derived refund signals. It delivered interesting insights, but it also turned out to be one of the most resource-intensive steps in the pipeline.
To keep processing times healthy and increase the number of games I can run each day, I am disabling churn analysis across all games in v0.19.1. This frees up capacity for more coverage, faster refreshes, and a new wave of lightweight review scans like predatory monetization flags, mod-reliance and wiki-reliance signals, and Steam Deck-specific sentiment checks.
If you still need churn analysis on a specific title or segment, reach out and I'll run it on request.
