- Intriguing Storyline (weight 0.11): The game's story is frequently mentioned as intriguing and well-developed, with an interesting plot that includes elements like time travel. Players find the narrative engaging and enjoyable to follow.

Common complaints:
- Repetitive Grind & Lack of Content (weight 0.41): The game suffers from repetitive gameplay, an overwhelming loot/upgrade system, and a lack of meaningful content. This leads to a tedious grind that doesn't feel rewarding, making the overall experience dull.
- Forced Multi-Character Progression (weight 0.4): Players are forced to use multiple characters and complete specific achievements to level up, which is seen as a tedious grind. This system restricts player choice and makes progression feel slow and unrewarding.

- Weak Story & Childish Tone (weight 0.28): The game's story is widely criticized as weak, tedious, and forgettable, failing to immerse players. Additionally, the overall tone, humor, and characters are perceived as childish and unappealing to an adult audience.
- Forced Solo Play in Co-op Game (weight 0.22): Despite being advertised as a co-op game, many story missions and critical progression points are forced into solo play. This breaks the flow for groups and contradicts the game's core premise.
- Frustrating Chest Hunting (weight 0.11): The game forces players to hunt for hidden chests, which is often pointless due to teammates speed-running missions. This design choice creates frustration and can lead to missed loot.
- Matchmaking & Server Issues (weight 0.1): Players report difficulties finding others for co-op, especially in certain regions, leading to matchmaking issues. This undermines the multiplayer experience in a game designed for online play.
- Clunky UI & Inventory (weight 0.08): The user interface and inventory management are described as clunky, busy, and unintuitive. This makes navigating menus and managing items a frustrating experience.
- Restrictive Weapon Element System (weight 0.05): The game forces players to use specific elemental weapon types for certain tasks, limiting weapon choice and forcing players to use disliked weapons due to restrictive design.

Gameplay feedback:

Its core gameplay loop revolves around defeating enemies, collecting abundant loot, and engaging in repetitive grinding.

- Offline Play Available (weight 0.08): Initially, there were concerns about online-only requirements, but the developers have since added a dedicated offline mode. Players can now choose to start missions solo or use matchmaking.
