- ADHD/Autism accessibility filter (weight 0.05): The game includes accessibility features like an ADHD/Autism filter that eliminates repetitive sound effects and alarms. This makes the game suitable for players with ADHD who want something to play while watching videos. The game is described as addicting and challenging for players with ADHD.
- Minimal bugs, easy achievements (weight 0.04): The game has minimal bugs, mostly just item glitching. The achievements in the game are very easy to get, except for 2-3. Normal mode is enjoyable and allows for good progress.
- Upgrades ease game progression (weight 0.03): Upgrades, especially table expansions, significantly ease game progression. A larger table helps with organizing items, making the gameplay smoother and more efficient. Unlocking all tools further enhances the player's ability to progress through the game.
- Great soundtracks, emotional story (weight 0.03): The game features great soundtracks and sound effects that complement the atmosphere, drawing the player into the story. The story is emotional and motivates the player to uncover its secrets. The background music enhances the overall experience.
- Daily saves, varied achievements (weight 0.03): The game saves each day, allowing players to restart if an event needed for an achievement doesn't occur. The game offers a variety of activities and achievements, providing long-lasting engagement. Players must set aside money daily for their family to avoid a game over.

Common complaints:
- Repetitive gameplay, shallow progression (weight 0.7): The core gameplay loop becomes repetitive quickly due to limited content, lack of progression, and unrewarding upgrades. Many players find themselves performing the same actions repeatedly, leading to boredom and a sense of monotony. Upgrades often feel useless or have minimal impact, exacerbating the issue.
- Numerous bugs and glitches (weight 0.69): The game suffers from numerous bugs, glitches, and optimization issues, including freezes, crashes, and lag. These technical problems disrupt the gameplay experience and can lead to frustration. Many reviewers mention that the game feels unfinished and unpolished.
- Table clutter, poor item management (weight 0.23): The game suffers from table clutter and poor item management. Upgrades take up valuable table space, and items wiggle or rotate when close to each other, making it difficult to select the correct item quickly. The table becomes overwhelmingly cluttered, hindering gameplay.
- Poor physics, item interaction (weight 0.2): The game's physics and item interaction mechanics are poorly implemented, leading to frustrating and unpredictable behavior. Items may clip through each other, spin erratically, or be difficult to grab and place correctly. The conveyor belt also exhibits issues, such as inconsistent item delivery and incorrect penalty application.
- Unbalanced difficulty, frustrating modes (weight 0.15): Difficulty balance is a significant issue, with steep jumps between difficulty levels and modes. Some modes feel overwhelming and require frantic actions, while others are too easy. This imbalance makes it difficult for players to find a satisfying level of challenge.
- Underdeveloped, pointless features (weight 0.11): Certain game elements, such as the black market and beggar interactions, feel underdeveloped and pointless. These features lack depth and don't significantly contribute to the overall gameplay experience. The black market system is unclear and unrewarding.
- Broken, inefficient calling system (weight 0.07): The calling system is broken and inefficient, with customers requesting incorrect items or not showing up after being called. The telephone system provides little benefit and can even lead to clutter and financial losses. The repetitive dialogue also becomes irritating.
- Tedious, buggy boarding passes (weight 0.05): The boarding pass mechanic is tedious and frustrating, with difficult-to-find passes and meager rewards. A bug causes customers to act as if they received the wrong item even when given the correct one. The collection of boarding passes is not worth the effort.
- Poor Portuguese translation (weight 0.05): The game's translation to Portuguese is poor, mixing different dialects and even Spanish, leading to confusion and incorrect item deliveries. This negatively impacts the player experience for Portuguese speakers. The Steam page also contains incorrect information about language support.
- Frequent, frustrating thief mechanic (weight 0.04): Thieves appear frequently and steal money quickly, requiring players to constantly use pepper spray. This mechanic can be frustrating and occupy valuable table space. The frequency and impact of thieves feel unbalanced.
- Inaccessible, locked areas (weight 0.04): Locked areas within the game, clearly marked but inaccessible, contribute to an Early Access feel. The presence of locked areas detracts from the experience of a full game release. This gives the impression of an unfinished product.
- Non-functional QR scanner (weight 0.04): The QR scanner upgrade is non-functional due to a bug, rendering it useless. This bug prevents players from effectively using a key feature of the game. The scanner's inaccuracy further compounds the issue.

Gameplay feedback:
- Black market and special visitors (weight 0.07): The game includes a black market element where players can sell stolen items for profit, encountering unique characters like thieves and beggars. Boarding passes, which become numerous, can be sold on the black market. Giving items to the beggar unlocks new content.
- Increasing difficulty, financial demands (weight 0.06): The game slowly increases stress by adding character functions and financial demands, with the ultimate goal of saving money. Business development mechanics form the game's meta-progression layer, prompting decisions about investments versus upgrades. New equipment and upgrades provide a sense of increased speed, but the system counters this with a higher volume of customers and more complex requests.
- Interactive and categorized items (weight 0.03): Unique items have interactive elements like removing stickers, cleaning stains, and decrypting files for extra rewards. Items are categorized into clothes, digital products, tickets, valuables, pets, documents, and others.
- Trashing items undermines challenge (weight 0.02): The ability to trash any item fundamentally undermines the challenge, allowing selective discarding of undesirable items.
- Suggestion: color variations requests (weight 0.01): The reviewer suggests adding color variations for specific item requests (e.g., a red passport, a blue thermos) to add depth.
- Suggestion: combine items mechanic (weight 0.01): The reviewer suggests that the late game could be improved with a mechanic to combine items and create new ones, adding depth.

Performance notes:
- Frequent lag and freezes (weight 0.14): The game suffers from performance issues like lag and freezes, especially when many items are present, when interacting with the black market, or when saving. These issues can escalate to crashes, sometimes preventing progress. This point is important due to its frequency and impact on gameplay.
- Escape key resets video settings (weight 0.01): Pressing the Escape key unexpectedly resets video settings. This is an annoying bug that can disrupt the player experience.
- Unfitting background music (weight 0.01): Some reviewers feel that the background music does not fit the game's atmosphere or style. This is a subjective point, but it can impact the overall player experience for some.

Recommendations:
- Needs bug fixes/more content (weight 0.5): Many reviewers suggest holding off on purchasing the game due to bugs, lack of content, and unfinished elements. Some even recommend a refund. Fixing bugs and refining core gameplay is essential before adding more content.
- Worth it only on sale (weight 0.35): The game's value is heavily debated, with many suggesting it's only worth buying on sale or at a very low price point (under $5-$8). Some reviewers recommend it, while others suggest thinking twice before purchasing, or that there are better options available even at the same price.
- Good for organization fans (weight 0.05): The game is recommended for players who enjoy sorting, organizing, and managing items. Some reviewers suggest starting on easier difficulties to learn the game before switching to harder modes.
- Casual but lacks depth (weight 0.04): The game is seen as a casual and different experience, but lacks depth and polish to stand out. It's easy to 'game' once certain strategies are discovered.
- Better alternatives exist (weight 0.01): Some reviewers feel that there are more engaging alternatives available that evolve more over time as you progress.
- Start on slower mode (weight 0.01): Reviewers recommend starting on the slower mode and then doing the next higher speed.
- Tests strategic patience (weight 0.01): The game is a challenge that tests the player's strategic patience in the long run.
- Pretty okay management game (weight 0.01): The reviewer found the game 'pretty okay' and didn't regret the purchase, as they generally enjoy trying management games.
- More enjoyable post-bugfix (weight 0.01): The game is more enjoyable after bug fixes.
- Enjoyable despite issues (weight 0.01): If you're willing to overlook minor issues, you'll enjoy the hectic life of a Lost & Found officer.
- Good for multitasking (weight 0.01): The game is suitable to play while watching shows.

Other player notes:
- Unique item management/collection elements (weight 0.05): The game features unique item management and collection elements. Players handle a variety of goods, including unusual items, and can find stickers on lost items to add to a collection. There's also an option to sell a laptop on the black market, adding an interesting gameplay element.
- Minor/unsubstantial details (weight 0.03): These points are either too specific to a single reviewer's experience or lack substantial detail. The mention of providing codes to streamers is not a gameplay feature.
- Extended animal care element (weight 0.01): The game includes cats and dogs in cages that remain in the player's care for extended periods. This may be a point of concern for some players, depending on how the animals are treated within the game's mechanics.
- Item hoarding discouraged (weight 0.01): The game warns players against hoarding items. This suggests that inventory management is a key aspect of the gameplay experience.
- Community-driven item inclusion (weight 0.01): The developers included items like a jar of pickles and an Igea headlight in the game based on an Instagram poll. This shows community engagement and responsiveness to player preferences.
