Official game description:

\[Game overview\]
-----------------
Staffer Reborn is a game of supernatural abilities and logical deduction set in 1960s America. It tells the story of a man trapped in a cycle of death and resurrection caused by his supernatural ability and the investigator who was recruited to help.
The Lieutenant, a man with the supernatural ability to resurrect, has reached the end of his life and awaits death from old age. However, his revival ability steals this natural death from him, sticking him in a cycle where his old age kills him every fifteen minutes. Players must step into the shoes of the investigator who takes the case, investigate the Lieutenant's ability, and help him achieve eternal rest.
Talk to the people around the Lieutenant and investigate the items in the room to obtain new information on the case. The information you uncover will be recorded on files detailing your findings.
If you succeed in collecting all the information there is to uncover, at that point, it'll be time to start logically deducing what you can from it. Ensure you've got a solid grip on the situation surrounding the Lieutenant thus far. Use the information in your records to uncover new truths lying in wait.

- Hardware Profile: No data
Feature extractions:
- Community Price:
  - Community fair range: $2.00 - $3.50
  - Reasoning: Multiple reviews explicitly state that the current $4.99 base price is too high, with one noting that even $5 is not worth it. Another review indicates that even a heavily discounted price of ~$1.40 offers poor value. Most reviews recommend waiting for a sale, implying the fair price is below the base price. A Japanese review finds the game acceptable at 500 yen (~$3.50), suggesting an upper bound. Thus, the community's perceived fair base-game price range is likely between $2.00 and $3.50.
- Playtime Metrics:
  - Game completion: 1.0h
  - Story completion: 1.0h

The same duration applies to story completion as the game is entirely story-driven. Session length is typically the entire playtime since the game is short and played in one sitting. There is no distinct endgame content beyond achievements, so endgame hours are null.

Common complaints:
- Game is too short (weight 0.44): Multiple reviewers criticize the game's short length, estimating it takes only about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. This brevity is seen as insufficient for a standalone title.
- Content feels like DLC (weight 0.27): The game's content volume is compared to that of a DLC or extra for the main game rather than a full standalone release. Reviewers note it is too short and lacks the depth expected of a complete title.
