Info about An English Haunting:

Official game description:

A madness for spiritualism has gripped London in 1907. Séances and theatrical shows where spirits make contact with their living families are all the rage, and there are a legion of investigators trying to discover the secrets of the supernatural. Among them, Professor Patrick Moore stands at the forefront, and he is now at a crossroads ‒ he's got 72 hours to prove the existence of the Great Beyond or else his Metapsychic Investigations Department will shut down forever.
Racing against the clock, with the help of a fake medium named Beatrice Shaw, he must complete a prototype of the Box of Revelations, an artefact devised by his missing mentor that enables seeing dimensions hidden in our reality. Building this device will take him from the foggy streets of London to the steep shores of Scotland, and finally to 34 Benwell Street, known as the most haunted manor of England.
* Point & click adventure gameplay based on inventory puzzles.
* More than 60 detailed pixel art backgrounds to explore.
* A cast of more than 70 characters to interact with, including real figures from the period, such as the medium Florence Cook, physicist William Crookes, illusionist Harry Houdini, and even writer Arthur Conan Doyle, whom you will control to solve one of the game's mysteries.
* Take a breather from history by reading horror stories at Falk's Horror Books, perusing an archive of supernatural cases, or going to the theater to watch the last film sensation by Georges Méliès: _Évocation Spirite_.
* Inspired by the works of the greatest horror authors from the beginning of the 20th century, M.R. James, Algernon Blackwood, and Arthur Machen.
* From the creator of award-winning _Nightmare Frames_ and _Urban Witch Story_.

Feature scans:
- Wiki: score 50; verdict: TIER 3: The Student - Instructional Data; summary: The reviews describe a puzzle adventure where external guidance is occasionally needed for moon-logic puzzles, a quiz, and achievements, while Wikipedia browsing is enjoyed as an enhancement. There is no evidence of farming or drop-rate grinding, inventory or crafting management, or navigation and bug barriers. Under the strict priority rules, the dominant dependency is instructional data, yielding Tier 3.

- Hardware Profile: No data
Feature extractions:
- Community Price:
  - Community fair range: $10.00 - $20.00
  - Reasoning: The reviews consistently describe the game as worth the price and excellent value, especially given a roughly six-hour length. There are no complaints about cost, and the community sentiment treats the base game as a satisfying purchase. For a six-hour indie point-and-click horror adventure, this supports a fair base price in the mid-tier indie range, approximately $10 to $20, with $15 as a likely center point. Confidence is moderate because the reviews do not mention explicit dollar amounts.
- Playtime Metrics:
  - Game completion: 16.0h
  - Story completion: 7.0h
  - Session length: 2.0h
  - Endgame: N/A
  - Reasoning: Multiple English reviews report finishing the main story in roughly 5, 6, or 6-7 hours, so storyCompletion is set to a central estimate of about 7 hours. The quote about playing a roughly six-hour game in 3 sit downs implies sessionLength of about 2 hours per session. One review reports 16 hours with 100% achievements, supporting gameCompletion = 16 hours for full completion. No review reports separate post-story or endgame playtime, so endgame remains null. In-game 72-hour limits and mentions of other games are ignored.
