This visual appeal is often cited as a primary reason for engagement and satisfaction.
- Highly Addictive & Casual (weight 0.7): Many players find the game highly addictive, leading to long play sessions and a tendency to lose track of time. Its casual nature and ease of entry make it a relaxing experience suitable for unwinding, despite some hyperbolic claims about its addictive qualities.
- Excellent Value & Enjoyment (weight 0.64): Players consistently praise the game for offering significant content and enjoyment relative to its low price, highlighting its excellent value for money. Despite some hyperbolic praise, the core sentiment is about a satisfying experience that exceeds expectations for an indie title.
- Satisfying Alchemy System (weight 0.62): The alchemy system is a particularly satisfying gameplay mechanic, noted for its utility in generating resources and its addictive, gacha-like qualities. Players enjoy the strategic depth and convenience it offers, often relying on it to progress and overcome challenges.

- Unique Cthulhu Blend (weight 0.55): A standout feature is the game's unique and successful integration of Cthulhu mythos with other genres like visual novels and simulation management. Reviewers commend how these elements are naturally woven into the world-building and narrative, making it accessible even for newcomers to Cthulhu lore.
- Quality Visual Novel Experience (weight 0.47): The game is highly regarded for its strong visual novel elements, including high-quality text, engaging narrative, and effective sound design. Reviewers who enjoy visual novels find it to be a top-tier experience, with its extensive story content and well-executed narrative tools.
- Immersive World-Building (weight 0.47): The game's world-building is praised for its consistency, detail, and immersive quality. Reviewers appreciate how the game constructs a grand yet understandable fantasy world, seamlessly integrating its unique blend of Cthulhu and other elements into a cohesive and engaging setting.
- Beloved Little Grim Reaper (weight 0.42): The character of the 'Little Grim Reaper' (Tripoka) is overwhelmingly beloved by players. Reviewers frequently highlight her cute design, unique personality, and compelling character arc, often expressing strong emotional attachment and considering her a standout feature, though some praise is highly emotional and hyperbolic.

Common complaints:
- Repetitive, Shallow Gameplay (weight 0.93): The core gameplay, particularly the simulation management, becomes highly repetitive, tedious, and shallow in the mid-to-late game. Players report excessive clicking, a lack of meaningful activities, and a feeling of the game artificially prolonging playtime, leading to boredom and disengagement.
- Poor Save & Ending System (weight 0.22): The game's save system is severely lacking, preventing players from saving during story segments or at critical choice points, leading to lost progress. This flaw, combined with the design of multiple endings and achievements, forces tedious replaying and "save scumming" to experience all content.
- Resource & Stamina Imbalance (weight 0.14): The game suffers from significant resource and stamina imbalance. Early game stamina is too restrictive, hindering progression, while in the mid-to-late game, resources and stamina become excessively abundant, making management meaningless and removing any sense of challenge or purpose.
- Tedious Auction System (weight 0.08): The auction system quickly loses its novelty and becomes a tedious, time-consuming chore. Players criticize the repetitive clicking required for bidding and the lack of skip options, which further contributes to the overall feeling of wasted time.
- Confused Genre Identity (weight 0.07): Reviewers express confusion regarding the game's genre, feeling it struggles to be either a compelling simulation management game or a strong visual novel. The visual novel aspects are criticized for poor writing, clichéd romance, and the use of AI-generated art, while the management aspects are seen as underdeveloped.
- Inconvenient Cooking System (weight 0.07): The cooking and recipe research system is criticized for its inconvenience, requiring players to constantly navigate between menus to buy ingredients and lacking quality-of-life features like direct purchasing or batch crafting. This makes the process tedious and breaks the flow of gameplay.
- Lack of Hotkeys/Controls (weight 0.06): The game is heavily criticized for its lack of hotkeys and generally awkward controls, forcing players to rely almost entirely on mouse clicks for navigation and actions. This leads to hand fatigue and a cumbersome user experience, as even basic functions like closing menus lack convenient shortcuts.
- Slow, Confusing Introduction (weight 0.06): The early game and prologue are frequently described as slow-paced, overly verbose, and confusing, making it difficult for players to get into the game. This poor initial guidance and pacing can be off-putting and hinder early engagement.

Gameplay feedback:
- Hybrid Genre Gameplay (weight 0.57): The game is primarily a blend of hotel management simulation and a visual novel/dating sim, often described as a 'Galgame'. Players manage resources, upgrade rooms, and engage in various activities to progress the story and build relationships with characters.
- Central Alchemy System (weight 0.47): The alchemy system is a core mechanic, often described as simple, gacha-like, and highly profitable, especially in the mid-to-late game. It can make other money-making methods obsolete and involves repetitive clicking for crafting and leveling.
- Cthulhu Themed Setting (weight 0.44): The game incorporates Cthulhu mythos elements primarily through its art style, world-building, and plot. While the theme is present, some players feel the gameplay mechanics are not deeply integrated with the Cthulhu elements, serving more as a 'skin' or narrative backdrop.
- Multiple Branching Endings (weight 0.35): The game features numerous branching endings (dozens), including character-specific, good, evil, and grand reunion endings. Achieving these often requires specific affection levels with characters and careful save management due to the lack of a time-reversal function.
- Extensive Game Length (weight 0.32): A single playthrough can take 20-45 hours, with full achievement completion potentially exceeding 50 hours. The game's length and content volume are substantial, and achievements are generally achievable across one or two playthroughs, often aided by save file manipulation.
- Minesweeper Mini-Game (weight 0.29): The game includes mini-games such as Minesweeper-like mining and forest exploration for resource gathering. These activities are integrated into the daily gameplay loop.
- Limited Action Points (weight 0.29): The game features a limited action point system, especially restrictive in the early game, requiring strategic allocation. Action points can be increased later through oracles or consumable items, easing the initial pressure.
- Oracle and Auction Systems (weight 0.29): Beyond core management, the game includes an oracle system for buffs, an auction house for trading items, and courtyard events. These mechanics add variety and influence resource acquisition and progression.
- Sanity and Cleanliness Management (weight 0.28): Players must manage sanity and cleanliness stats, particularly in the early game, to maintain hotel operations and avoid negative consequences. These mechanics add a layer of strategic resource management.

Performance notes:
- Severe Unfocused Performance Issues (weight 0.03): The game exhibits critical optimization problems, especially when alt-tabbed or not in focus. This leads to uncapped frame rates (4000+ FPS), extreme CPU/GPU temperatures (100C), and frequent crashes, making the game resource-intensive even in the background.
- Poor Translation Quality (weight 0.01): The game suffers from poor English translation quality, often relying on machine translation and struggling with specific Chinese dialects. Developers have acknowledged this and plan to hire professionals for improvement and add Japanese translations.
- Critical Game Crashes/Corruption (weight 0.01): Players experience frequent direct game crashes, sometimes resulting in a black screen on login or getting stuck on 'loading resources.' Force quitting without saving also carries a risk of save file corruption.
- Windowed Mode Workaround (weight 0.01): Setting the game to windowed mode or manually locking the frame rate can effectively resolve some of the severe crashing issues related to uncapped FPS. This provides a temporary solution for players.
- Blood Moon Settlement Bug (weight 0.01): During the 'Blood Moon settlement' phase, a specific bug occurs where 'oracles line up' and the game subsequently gets stuck, indicating a specific gameplay progression blocker.
- Frequent Achievement Pop-ups (weight 0.01): Achievement notifications appear approximately every hour, which can be disruptive to the gameplay experience and suggests an issue with the frequency or timing of these pop-ups.

- Mixed Replayability & Length (weight 0.17): The game offers significant playtime (30-50 hours) for its price, but many players found it repetitive, leading to a lack of motivation for multiple playthroughs or full completion without external guides/achievements. Some felt it was hard to put down initially but hard to pick up again.
- Exquisite Character Art (weight 0.09): Reviewers highly praise the game's character designs, noting them as unique, well-developed, and visually appealing with exquisite hand-drawn illustrations. This strong art style is a major draw and contributes to fan engagement.
- QoL & Feature Suggestions (weight 0.07): Reviewers offered numerous suggestions for quality-of-life improvements, such as adding a clothing system, optimizing restaurant management, auto-saving on critical choices, skipping animations, and introducing hotkeys.
- Small Indie Studio Context (weight 0.07): The game was developed by a small Chinese indie studio with limited funds, largely supported by crowdfunding. This context helps explain certain limitations and is often mentioned by reviewers when evaluating the game.
- Localization & DLC Demand (weight 0.05): There's a strong demand for official localization, particularly Japanese, with many players relying on community-made mods. Reviewers also express a desire for post-story DLC, epilogues, and bonus content.
- Fragmented Storytelling (weight 0.04): The game's story is described as having a fragmented narrative style, which some found immature or not fully developed for veteran visual novel players due to text length limitations. However, it's also noted for profound sentences and rich underlying meaning.
- Developer Engagement & Future (weight 0.04): The developer is seen as fan-oriented and interactive, leading to anticipation for future works. However, a minority of reviewers expressed disappointment or felt "backstabbed" regarding crowdfunding aspects, though this is not widespread.
- Simulation Gameplay Feedback (weight 0.03): Players provided mixed feedback on the simulation management aspects, with some finding it repetitive or new to the genre. Suggestions include optimizing the restaurant management and adding features to prevent early game breaking.
