The Finnish nation enters the RTS battlefield with an unprecedented degree of detail. It contains an encyclopedic amount of weapons, uniforms, vehicles and locations.  
Finland possessed specialized weapons and infantry, as well as a unique arsenal of modified and captured vehicles. Specialized engineers can deploy and upgrade a vast array of fortifications. The cunning use of searchlights, aviation and exotic units will prove Finland once more capable of winning battles. Consequently, Through the addition of the skirmishes, Talvisota expands the historical campaigns of the Ostfront base game, adding to the big picture of the enormous eastern front of WWII.
