- Commendable music (weight 0.03): The game features commendable music that enhances the overall experience. Reviewers praise the soundtrack's quality and its suitability for the game's setting. The music creates a Jianghu atmosphere.

Common complaints:
- Repetitive gameplay, lacks content (weight 0.95): The core gameplay loop becomes repetitive due to limited content, monotonous tasks, and uninspired dungeon designs. This leads to player fatigue and a lack of long-term engagement, especially in the late game. Many reviewers feel the game is unfinished and overpriced for the amount of content it offers.
- Shallow faction/sect management (weight 0.73): The faction and sect systems lack depth, with limited building options, small territories, and illogical interactions with other factions. Players are often forced into specific playstyles and cannot annex or loot conquered territories, diminishing the sense of accomplishment and strategic freedom.
- Unbalanced, limited martial arts (weight 0.65): The martial arts system suffers from balance issues, limited skill variety, and difficult acquisition. Many skills are underpowered or ineffective, and the game lacks basic martial arts techniques expected in a Wuxia setting. This makes combat feel generic and uninspired.
- Excessive grinding, unrewarding progression (weight 0.61): The game relies heavily on grinding for resources, equipment, and skill acquisition, making progression feel tedious and unrewarding. The equipment system features excessive randomization, forcing players to save-scum for desired stats. This emphasis on grinding overshadows other gameplay elements.
- Poor combat system, uninspired AI (weight 0.24): The combat system is criticized for being simplistic, clunky, and lacking impact. The AI is weak, and battles often devolve into unstrategic melees. Many reviewers find the combat mechanics uninteresting and unsatisfying.
- Clunky, unpolished controls (weight 0.16): The game's controls are clunky and unpolished, making movement and combat feel awkward. The jumping mechanic is particularly frustrating, and the game lacks essential features like target locking. These control issues hinder the overall gameplay experience.
- Unattractive character art (weight 0.11): The game suffers from repetitive and unattractive character models and portraits. The fixed camera and limited customization options hinder the ability to appreciate character details and create a visually appealing experience. Many reviewers find the character art uninspired.
- Uninspired, unrewarding dungeons (weight 0.11): Dungeons lack variety and challenge, with repetitive designs and unrewarding loot. The difficulty is inconsistent, and the rewards do not scale appropriately with player progression. This makes dungeon exploration feel pointless and tedious.
- Teammate AI and freezing issues (weight 0.07): Teammates often get stuck or exhibit poor AI, hindering combat and exploration. The game also suffers from freezing issues and progress-blocking bugs. These technical problems detract from the overall gameplay experience.

Gameplay feedback:
- Core: Martial arts sect management (weight 0.49): The core gameplay revolves around martial arts sect management. Players recruit and train disciples, construct buildings, manage resources, engage in diplomacy, and participate in real-time combat to grow their sect's influence and dominate the martial arts world.
- Disciple management and development (weight 0.32): The game features a sect management system with disciple recruitment, training, and task assignment. Disciples have varied stats that influence their effectiveness. A child-rearing system allows for offspring with inherited abilities, but maturation takes a long time.
- Sect diplomacy is present, lacking (weight 0.3): The game features diplomacy with other sects, including alliances, trade, and war. However, some reviewers find the rewards for diplomacy to be meager and the crime system illogical. Sieges lack options for annexation or looting.
- Extensive sect customization options (weight 0.3): Players can customize their sect's initial settings, including location and leader attributes. Building unlocks are tied to sect reputation, creating a progression system. The game offers numerous systems and deep customization options.
- Wuxia setting, weak storyline (weight 0.06): The game is set in a martial arts world with a main storyline focused on the conflict between good and evil factions. However, some reviewers find the storyline disconnected and irrelevant. The game features a Ming Dynasty map divided into five regions, each with unique resources.
- Chaotic, stat-dependent combat (weight 0.06): The game's combat is a mix of 'Souls-like' and 'Diablo-like' but doesn't execute either well. Combat often devolves into chaotic group fights where success depends on stat and equipment advantages rather than skill.
- Turn-based events, limited selection (weight 0.05): The game uses a turn-based system where each turn presents new random events. However, only one event can be chosen per turn, causing others to disappear. This can make it difficult to encounter specific events again.
- Complex systems, steep learning curve (weight 0.03): Some reviewers are still in the beginner phase and learning the game mechanics. The game's interface initially feels cluttered, but becomes manageable after playing for a while. The game system is complex and requires study.

Performance notes:
- Poor optimization and performance (weight 0.09): Many users report performance problems, including lag, stuttering, and frame rate drops, especially during combat, on the world map, or when going outside. Some players struggle to maintain smooth gameplay even on high-end hardware. Optimization is a recurring concern, with some reviews noting that the game causes excessive fan noise.
- Steam Deck compatibility (minor issues) (weight 0.02): The game is generally compatible with Steam Deck, allowing for handheld play. However, some users note that text and icons can appear too small on the Steam Deck's screen, potentially impacting readability and usability.
- Freezing during specific actions (weight 0.02): Several players have reported instances where the game freezes or gets stuck during specific actions, such as returning to the sect, entering dungeons, or during the settlement phase. These freezes can interrupt gameplay and force players to restart the game.
- Excessive loading times (weight 0.02): Several reviews highlight long loading times as a significant issue. These delays occur when saving, loading, or starting the game, even on systems with powerful processors and graphics cards, disrupting the flow of gameplay.
- Inconsistent weapon handling (weight 0.01): Weapon handling is inconsistent; some weapons feel responsive, while others feel slow or clunky. This variation in weapon feel can impact the combat experience and player enjoyment.
- Defaults to integrated graphics (weight 0.01): The game sometimes defaults to using integrated graphics cards instead of dedicated GPUs. This can lead to significantly reduced performance and a suboptimal gaming experience if players do not manually configure their graphics settings.
- Forcibly advances to next month (weight 0.01): The game may have a bug that causes it to advance to the next month prematurely, even if the current month's progress is still being displayed. This can negatively impact the player's ability to manage affairs and progress effectively.
- Outdated compatibility instructions (weight 0.01): The compatibility instructions provided by the developers are outdated, only covering Windows 7 and not Windows 10. This lack of up-to-date information can make it difficult for players on newer operating systems to troubleshoot compatibility issues.
- Lag when chasing thieves (weight 0.01): Chasing thieves around the map is reported to cause lag and is considered an unfun gameplay element. This suggests that this particular activity is both technically problematic and not enjoyable for players.
- Helpful global view (weight 0): The global view during construction is a positive feature that facilitates planning. This suggests that the game provides helpful tools for managing and organizing construction activities.
- Reviewer setup context (weight 0): These clusters provide context about the reviewer's setup, but do not provide feedback about the game itself.

- Price may not justify quality (weight 0.47): Some reviewers feel the game is not worth the full price in its current state and suggest waiting for a discount. Others find the game acceptable for its price, especially considering it is in Early Access. A few reviewers compare the game to simple browser-based games.

However, some reviewers suspect that many positive reviews may be fabricated. This point shows signs of potential review bombing.
- Comparison to "天下霸图" (weight 0.34): Several reviewers compare the game to "天下霸图", with some feeling it fails to capture the essence of that game. Some suggest the developers should emulate "天下霸图" more closely, while others advise approaching the game as a new experience rather than a sequel.
- Game has potential, promising future (weight 0.3): Many reviewers express optimism about the game's potential and look forward to future updates and improvements. They believe the game has a good foundation and can become a worthwhile experience with further development. Some reviewers are already enjoying the game and find it addictive.
- Improve management, martial arts depth (weight 0.21): Reviewers suggest the game needs more depth and complexity in its management and martial arts systems. They want more meaningful progression, diverse martial arts, and improved sect interactions. Some reviewers feel the game leans too heavily on dungeon grinding for resources.
- Improve story, add interactive content (weight 0.14): Reviewers express a desire for more engaging story content and interactive elements. They hope the developers will complete the main storyline and add more depth to the game's narrative. Some reviewers are looking forward to specific updates listed by the development team.
- Combat needs to be more satisfying (weight 0.1): Several reviewers suggest improvements to the combat system, focusing on making it more satisfying and immersive. They recommend balancing weapon strengths, adding skill combinations, and refining existing mechanics. Some reviewers suggest focusing less on combat and more on world interactions.
- Implement Steam Workshop support (weight 0.05): A frequently requested feature is the addition of a Steam Workshop or creative workshop. Reviewers believe this would greatly enhance the game's fun and replayability by allowing for custom content and modding. They urge the developers to release this feature as soon as possible.

- Early Access with active development (weight 0.1): The game is in Early Access, with frequent updates and a development plan in place. Reviewers express hope that the developers continue their work and add more content, with some planning to revisit the game later. Some reviewers admit to giving positive reviews to encourage the developers.
- Chinese martial arts theme (weight 0.05): The game is often compared to 天下霸图, with mixed opinions on whether it captures the same essence. The game features a distinct Chinese martial arts theme with an ink wash painting style, contributing to its overall aesthetic.
- Polarizing art style (weight 0.03): Opinions on the game's art style are divided, with some finding it appealing and unique, while others find the character art unappealing. Some reviewers also noted the lack of character portraits. This point reflects mixed feelings about the game's aesthetic presentation.
- Add recruitment/marriage probability display (weight 0.01): Players suggest adding a display for the probability of recruiting or marrying someone, similar to the pregnancy probability display. This would provide players with more information and control over their interactions with NPCs.
- Weapon visual effects and balance (weight 0.01): Some weapons, particularly orange ones (excluding the hammer), lack visual effects, making them less satisfying to use. Additionally, god-tier weapons are sometimes less effective than fully upgraded ordinary orange weapons, creating an imbalance in the game's itemization.
