**Shiro (VA: Ikumi Hasegawa)**
_"But now that you're here, it'll probably be fine! Yes!"_
A maid who loves Fuwa Fuwa Cafe. A huge otaku for anime and video games, she talks really fast when she’s gushing about the things she loves, and often splurges on merch without thinking whenever she visits an anime shop. A little clumsy, but works hard every day to become the cute maid she’s always wanted to be.
_Ikumi Hasegawa - Notable Roles: Masaki (Mayonaka Punch), Lene Aurousseau (I'm in Love with the Villainess), Ikuyo Kita (Bocchi the Rock!), Vladilena Milizé (86)_
**Miyu (VA: Ayasa Itou)**
_"Thanks for hanging out with me today, Manager! ☆"_
A game otaku and gyaru with a big appetite. Loves both eating and cooking, and apparently really enjoys serving her cooking to customers at Fuwa Fuwa Cafe. Is actually Shiro's friend on the online game Magic Angel, so they knew each other before actually meeting in real life.
_Ayasa Itou - Notable Roles: Angelico Fra (Delico’s Nursery), Kaoruko Hanayagi (Revue Starlight), Arisa Ichigaya (BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!)_
**Favna (VA: Sayumi Suzushiro)**
_"I am the Slayer of the False God, the Queen of the Kingdom of Darkness, the All-Seeing Oracle, the Guardian of All Dreams—"_
A mysterious girl dressed in gothic Lolita fashion. Speaks in riddles and demands the protagonist become her familiar. She sometimes accidentally drops the edgy act when she's taken by surprise though, so maybe she's just got a serious case of chuunibyou...?
_Sayumi Suzushiro - Notable Roles: Ayako (The Elusive Samurai), Nijika Ijichi (Bocchi the Rock!), Satono Crown (Uma Musume Pretty Derby), Kylie (The Magnificent Kotobuki)_
**Honoka (VA: Yui Ishikawa)**
_"Ya want a thrivin' business? That there sounds like a job for our shrine!"_
A girl with a Kansaiben dialect who works as a shrine maiden at her family shrine. Practically in charge of the shrine, she is reliable and very good at handling money! Is actually a doujin author...?
_Yui Ishikawa - Notable Roles: Elise (Doctor Elise), Saku Fukuzawa (The Masterful Cat Is Depressed Again Today), Violet Evergarden (Violet Evergarden), Mikasa Ackerman (Attack on Titan)_
**Fuwa Fuwa Cafe—a maid cafe tucked away in a quiet part of Nipponbashi, and where a wonderful encounter is about to take place...**
You, the protagonist, quit your job at an extremely toxic workplace and find yourself at a run-down maid cafe, where a cute maid named Shiro works.
At first, you only agree to become the new manager because it conveniently met all your urgent needs, but soon the colorful maids Miyu, Favna, and Honoka join in. And as you spend time with them and meet the people of Electric Street, both you and the cafe will gradually liven up once more.
As the manager of Fuwa Fuwa, you’ll live in Nipponbashi, Osaka and spend time with your favorite maid... or maids. Go shopping, watch a movie, go for karaoke, buy a present for a special someone... What you choose to do will affect the ending of the story.
Of course, you want to always be doing what's best for the cafe. So maybe you should do something about the ominous voices coming from the shrine next to the cafe, or you could get the whole town involved in a large-scale campaign to bring in even more business. All sorts of events await you and the maids!
Your most important job as the manager is, of course, to manage the cafe and the maids. It's a little harder than it sounds!
First, you’ll have to allocate work to your maids. Shiro loves serving customers, and Miyu’s a great chef... Make sure each girl is assigned the right job!
While the cafe is open, you can help out by serving customers and cheering the maids on with your special skill. And with your hard-earned money, you can go shopping, eat out, or buy merch or capsule toys for your otaku collection.
Make Fuwa Fuwa the most popular cafe in town to enjoy Nipponbashi to the fullest!
Sometimes, special customers will visit Fuwa Fuwa. Pay attention to their needs and serve them the perfect coffee! You can find coffee recipes hidden all around Electric Street, and the customers will drop hints as to what they're looking for in your conversations.
Explore the town, collect recipes, and serve the drinks of your customers’ dreams, and maybe one day they might offer you their service as well...?
Visit stores you can find in the real Nipponbashi, such as Surugaya, Sofmap, Dragon Star, Super Potato, and Karaoke Rainbow, among the many others we've collaborated with.
You can collect merchandise of other indie games too, such as VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action, GNOSIA, and Marfusha!
Go shopping, see the sights, and enjoy life in otaku heaven. But don't stay out too late; you still have a cafe to run!
And though it's fun to go out on your own, you could always ask one of the maids to go out with you. Uh, not _go out_ go out... unless?

Feature scans:
- Wiki: score 75; verdict: High External Dependency; summary: Users heavily depend on external guides for both coffee crafting recipes and quest progression due to vague descriptions, hidden requirements, and intentionally incomplete in-game guidance. This creates a strong 'Wiki Tax' that hinders gameplay without external resources.
- Steam Deck: score 45; verdict: Tinkering Required; summary: The game shows mixed compatibility on Steam Deck. While some users report a seamless out-of-box experience, others encounter controller recognition problems, button mapping issues, and occasional crashes or long loading screens. Overall, the experience may require some tinkering to resolve controller and stability issues.

- Community Price:
  - Community fair range: $8.00 - $13.00

Repetitive tasks, unfair puzzles, and unclear guidance make multiple playthroughs feel tedious and unrewarding.
- Disappointment (weight 0.14): Players feel let down by the game's shallow management mechanics and lack of depth in both its visual novel and simulation aspects. Despite high-quality art, voice acting, and a charming atmosphere, the gameplay fails to deliver a satisfying experience. The first playthrough experience is positively mentioned, with a pleasant story and casual management that feels cozy. References to otaku culture and the immersive setting further enhance enjoyment.
- Boredom (weight 0.06): Boredom stems from repetitive and monotonous cafe management that cannot be skipped, combined with slow story pacing and frequent loading screens. The structure becomes tedious quickly, especially for those not drawn solely to visual novels.
- Satisfaction (weight 0.05): Satisfaction comes from gradual cafe improvement and thoughtful decision-making that feels rewarding. Developer fixes, such as addressing the loading screen issue, also contribute to a positive experience.
- Annoyance (weight 0.04): Annoyance arises from the inability to skip dialogue during replays and the lack of a text backlog or story backtrack function. Frequent loading screens, a loud cooking sound bug, and tedious walking in a large map without fast travel irritate players. Hidden puzzles requiring trial and error without hints also annoy.
- Appreciation (weight 0.04): Players appreciate the high-quality pixel art, fully voiced main cast, and detailed recreation of real-world locations like Nipponbashi. The developers' evident passion and attention to detail, including hidden recipes and environmental touches, are praised. The game's visuals, music, and overall production value are highly commended.
- Anger (weight 0.03): Anger is directed at the perceived low-effort design and overpriced value for a 2024 management game.
