(There is only **two of us** making this game, so while I know everyone is enthusiastic about the possibilities, please allow us some time to cook. Content is going to take us a little longer than a big team, but we have a plan for success)
A dense hand crafted world to explore, with a robust fun locomotion system that allows you to go anywhere.
Climb the tallest mountains, brave the deepest waters, glide to distant lands, with many hidden treasure to uncover
A real time skill based combat system, where you can switch between fighting styles at the press of a button.
Melee, Ranged, Magic, Blocking, Dodging, Enjoy! and swap to different weapons during fights to keep it dynamic
Drop in Drop out, 3 players online, with a planned 2 player local couch co-op option. No Hassle and No Problems.
The Character you’ve been progressing in your Solo game, is the same one you will use and progress further in Co-op
Use a simplified Character Creator to make your unique character from multiple fantasy races to truly stand out
Your progression stays with you, from solo, to co-op and back through multiple playthroughs. And even your town upgrades go with you into New Game +. You will Unlock new Tier levels of difficulty every time you beat the maps end boss, and those higher Tiers are where the enemies are tougher but the rewards and XP are even greater.
There will be mining, fishing, animal catching, and other things to enjoy. And in Multiplayer you are not tied to your Host’s location, you are free to play your way, even in their game. You can be the team’s miner, searching for the best ores, and trade them to your friends for their precious GOLD!
Save the towns people and use gathered resources to help them rebuild to their former glory.
The Blacksmith, Armorer, Arcanist and Chef can level up as well, granting the ability to sell and craft better equipment
Centuries ago, a primal magic surged from the earth's depths, fueling empires but twisting it's inhabitant and the world into corruption's grasp. Forests blackened, skies bled shadow, and rivers turned to poison.
But a less prevalent radiant energy was also born, and hidden within pure warriors, the Luminaries. Armed with the light, their goal is to reclaim the land, hurling back the blight.
Yet the Luminary's gift is double-edged, immortality that tempts the soul. Every 80 years, Luminaries must yield their light to a successor, or risk eternal decay. Defiant ones hoard it, swelling into godlike tyrants of darkness, the Ebonarchs
As a new Luminary, rise in power. Shatter the Ebonarch's abyssal power source to strip their immortality, and strike them down. Together with your fellow Luminaries, push back the Darkness with Light.

Feature scans:
- Proton/Linux: score 25; verdict: Works with Minor Issue; summary: The game exhibits generally good compatibility with Proton on Linux and Steam Deck, delivering stable performance. However, a notable audio glitch requiring restarts under Proton has been reported, placing it in the minor tweaks category.
- Steam Deck: score 45; verdict: Playable with audio bug workaround; summary: The game is generally playable on Steam Deck with good controller support and stable performance on lower settings, but a persistent audio garbling issue under Proton requires periodic restarts, adding friction to the experience.

- Hardware Profile:
  - Summary: All three hardware cohorts report predominantly positive performance, with only minor caveats in the 8-11GB VRAM group and one negative review in the sub-8GB VRAM group.
  - Sample size: 39 (28% coverage)
  - Audience skew: Review sample is heavily weighted toward Windows PCs with 10GB+ VRAM.
  - Windows 8-11GB VRAM (positive, 14 reports): Most users report smooth performance above 60fps at max settings with some minor FPS drops in specific areas.
  - Windows <8GB VRAM (positive, 11 reports): Users with 8GB VRAM report good performance with previous issues resolved, though one user complained of poor optimization.
  - Windows 12-15GB VRAM (positive, 9 reports): One user reported no performance issues on high-end hardware after unlocking framerate.
  - Caveats: 39 of 140 reviews expose hardware metadata.; Review sample is heavily weighted toward Windows PCs with 10GB+ VRAM.
Feature extractions:
- Community Price:
  - Community fair range: $5.00 - $15.00
  - Reasoning: Multiple reviews explicitly state the game is not worth $16.99 or $19.99, while one recommends it only on sale, implying a lower fair price. The current $19.99 is widely rejected; even the promotional $16.99 is deemed too high. Given the alpha/unpolished state, a fair range would be between $5 (deep discount sale) and $15 (upper limit for those who found value).
- Playtime Metrics:
  - Game completion: 3.0h
  - Story completion: N/A
  - Session length: N/A
  - Endgame: N/A
  - Reasoning: The first three evidence quotes directly estimate total game completion time (excluding optional exploration in the first quote), with values ranging from 2 to 4 hours. The average of approximately 3 hours represents the most common estimate for finishing the main content of the early-access build. The fourth quote indicates a one-hour play session, but no consistent session length data is provided across reviews. Story completion is not separately measured because the game lacks narrative cutscenes, quests, or NPC-driven story. Endgame content is not mentioned in any review, so it is null.
- Time-to-fun:
  - Summary: The game is immediately fun for players who engage in co-op, but solo players often find the early game boring and repetitive due to combat monotony and an empty world. No evidence indicates that the game becomes fun after a specific delay or event.
  - Stance: Fun immediately
  - Anchor: N/A
  - Time to anchor: N/A
  - Friction: repetitive combat; stun-locking enemies makes fights boring; empty and uneventful world; lack of guidance after tutorial; no sense of progression or feedback from activities; controls require holding forward to survive a jump
  - Unlock drivers: playing with friends or family in co-op mode; switching from solo to multiplayer; having a cooperative partner to share the experience
  - Conditions: playing in solo mode leads to boredom due to repetitive combat and empty world; playing in co-op mode is explicitly described as fun from the start; lack of progression systems and meaningful content early in the game; tutorial lacks guidance and controls can be frustrating; the game world feels same as tutorial area with no sense of discovery; combat lacks variety and can be stun-locked; positive sentiment is strongest when co-op is mentioned; negative sentiment focuses on single-player experience and early gameplay

Players also find satisfaction in hunting gnomes, finding chests, defeating the golem, and supporting the hard work of the two developers.
- Disappointed (weight 0.05): This disappointment is due to the game's short alpha content, unfinished features, and performance issues, especially in certain areas. The visuals do not match promotional material, and the lack of progression and useless loot further detract from the experience.
- Frustrated (weight 0.05): Frustration is caused by performance problems including lag, frame rate drops, and crashes, as well as mechanical issues like attack buttons not working and camera spinning. Additionally, the lack of rewards for destroying towers and the inability to use magic despite race choice contribute to this feeling.
