- Balanced & Progressive Difficulty (weight 0.06): The game offers a well-balanced difficulty curve that is challenging but fair, with options for different skill levels. Progression and upgrades gradually ease the difficulty, allowing players to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Common complaints:
- Overly High Difficulty & Frustration (weight 0.58): Many players found the game's difficulty to be excessively high, especially in the early game and on higher settings. This is exacerbated by high enemy damage, low player health, and a lack of invincibility frames, leading to frequent and frustrating deaths.
- Limited & Unimpactful Gear Variety (weight 0.43): Players reported a significant lack of variety and impact in weapons and relics. Many items feel similar, offer negligible upgrades, or provide uninteresting numerical bonuses, leading to repetitive gameplay and limited build diversity. The large random weapon pool can also dilute the experience.
- Clunky Controls & Poor Jumping (weight 0.32): Several players experienced issues with the game's controls, particularly the double jump mechanic which felt clunky and inconsistent. Keyboard and mouse controls were also frequently cited as poor and unoptimized.
- Insufficient Content & Map Variety (weight 0.28): The game suffers from a perceived lack of content, particularly in terms of map variety and overall replayability. Levels feel repetitive, and the game can feel 'empty' after a few hours, leading to boredom.
- Lacks Uniqueness (Compared to Dead Cells) (weight 0.27): The game is frequently compared to Dead Cells, with many players feeling it lacks unique elements to stand out. Some even consider it a 'clumsy imitator' rather than a worthy successor or alternative.
- Weak Combat Feel & Feedback (weight 0.25): Combat feedback is often described as poor, with attacks lacking impact and feeling 'floaty'. Specific issues include melee attack speed being too fast to utilize, long charge times for special attacks, and sub-weapons feeling either ignored or rushed.
- Mixed Feedback & Technical Glitches (weight 0.11): This cluster contains a mix of feedback, including difficulty spikes, poor screen adaptation, issues with enemy hitboxes, and general combat mechanics. The language barrier (Chinese reviews) makes precise categorization difficult, but core themes align with other clusters.
- Underpowered Mage & Summoner Classes (weight 0.08): Specific character classes, particularly the Mage and Summoner, are reported to be underpowered. Mages are too squishy with low damage, while Summoners lack proper late-game scaling and have disappointing pet AI.
- Unfair & Inconspicuous Traps (weight 0.04): Players found certain in-game traps to be unfair or hard to see due to similar coloring with the environment, leading to unexpected deaths and frustration.
- Grindy Out-of-Game Progression (weight 0.03): The out-of-game progression system is criticized for being too grindy, offering mostly numerical increases rather than meaningful mechanical enhancements, which reduces long-term enjoyment.
- Issues with Endless Mode (weight 0.03): The endless mode, while present, has issues. Players report it becoming too easy after a few loops or unplayable without specific relics, and the relic slot limit hinders enjoyment.

Gameplay feedback:
- Flexible Weapon & Combat System (weight 0.24): The game features a flexible weapon system, allowing players to equip one main melee weapon and up to three sub-weapons (ranged/spells). Weapons have unique attacks, charged abilities, and can be enhanced with elemental enchantments, promoting diverse combat strategies.
- Roguelite Gameplay & Comparisons (weight 0.24): The game is consistently described as a roguelite/roguelike, often compared to Dead Cells due to its side-scrolling action, pixel art, and difficulty. Players note its random level generation and unique runs, which are hallmarks of the genre.
- Challenging Difficulty Progression (weight 0.16): The game offers multiple difficulty levels, including normal, hard, and an 'extra hard' mode, with players needing to clear higher difficulties for true endings or endless modes. While challenging, the difficulty is generally perceived as fair and not overly frustrating, with predictable boss patterns.
- Randomized Dungeon Exploration (weight 0.14): The game features randomly generated dungeons with distinct areas and bosses. Players navigate through various room types, making choices between different rewards, and must clear all enemies in a room to progress, with consequences for lingering too long.
- Ape-Themed Narrative & World (weight 0.13): The game's narrative centers on a protagonist ape, A-Yuan, saving a jungle home from corruption. The game incorporates a strong monkey/ape theme throughout its characters, enemies, and environment, including specific monkey-related mechanics and lore.
- Persistent Currency & Upgrades (weight 0.09): The game features multiple currencies: gold (resets on death), diamonds, and purple gems. Diamonds and purple gems are persistent and used outside of runs to unlock new weapons, upgrade character attributes, and unlock class gameplay, providing meta-progression.
- Relic System & Management (weight 0.07): Relics provide various attributes and are crucial for build variety. Players collect relics from chests and bosses, but duplicate relics do not stack effects, encouraging strategic choices and re-rolling if duplicates are acquired.
